During the peak of COVID-19 pandemic in June 2020, we at ITC approached Care On Call to support us with a nursing service call. Without any delay, a nurse was calling all the COVID affected employees of the Food Division of the company, pan India and updating us on a daily basis on their health status. This had tremendous impact on the employees who in stress under isolation specially during the lockdown.

The agency also sent across essential medical equipment such as Rapid Antigen Test kits, digital BP apparatus, pulse oximeter, oxygen mask, nasal cannula, etc. to various branches of ITC at short notice.

They also provided the much-needed scarce resource of oxygen concentrators to the head office at Bangalore during the deadly second wave enabling our staff and their families to benefit from oxygen therapy at their homes at a time when hospital beds were extremely hard to come by.

We also engaged the agency to provide tele-consultations, home visits, diagnostics and COVID RT-PCR testing for employees of ITC at Bangalore who required the services at home 24/7.
